Specification:
Antiscorching Agent CTP characteristics and application
1. CTP has the function of delaying the initial vulcanization time, and has little or no effect on the vulcanization characteristics or the physical properties of the vulcanizate.
2. It is most effective for sulfenamide promoters, and is also suitable for thiazoles, anthraquinones, thiurams and dithiocarbamate accelerators.
3.CTP is some suitable for improving the efficiency of the plant's process operations, such as: mixing, calendering, extrusion and injection processes. In addition, CTP can improve the storage stability of unvulcanized rubber compounds, and can also be used for single- Stage mixing and performance recovery of partially scorched rubber compounds.
4. CTP itself is non-polluting, but has a slight discoloration for light or white products.
