Commonly Used In Food Grade Accelerators

- Apr 09, 2019-

(1)Vulcanization system: The total dosage is less than 1.5% of rubber products. Sulfur, polysulfide thiuram and peroxides and coagents are permitted, but natural sulfur is not allowed.

(2)Accelerator system: The total amount is less than 1.5% of rubber products. It is permitted to use thiurams, dithiocarbamates and di-o-tolylguanidines, but not for the use of terpenes, thiazoles. Classes, aldehydes, thioureas, because they contain isothiofluorobenzene and isonitrobenzene, this substance has a bitter taste, which makes food contamination spoiled!

Commonly used in food grade accelerators are as follows:

TT, CZ, TS, TBZTD, PZ, BZ, EZ

Disabled: DM, M, D, DOTG, H, NA-22, etc.

General peroxide vulcanization can meet food grade requirements

(3) Anti-aging agent: The total dosage is less than 5% of rubber products. The main application is non-polluting type (phenolic). It is forbidden to make anti-aging agent A and anti-aging agent.

(4)Active agent: The total amount is less than 5% of rubber products, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, stearic acid, polyethylene glycol, are available, pay attention to control dosage.

(5)Filler: the total amount of rubber products below 50% (if contact with milk, cooking oil accounted for less than 10%) generally use some of the higher purity filler.
