Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Industrial Transfer Guidance Catalogue" (2018). The "Catalogue" is divided into four major sections: Northeast, Eastern, Central and Western. It sorts out the industrial development direction of all provinces and cities, and clarifies the industries in which the provinces and municipalities prioritize development. Guided the optimization and adjustment of the industry, and named the rubber industry many times.

The development layout of the synthetic rubber and related elastomer new materials in various provinces and cities is as follows:


First, Liaoning Province

1. Ethylene, propylene, carbon four deep processing products (Dalian City)

2. Special synthetic rubber and high performance thermoplastic elastomer (Shenyang City, Dalian City, Fushun City, Panjin City)


Second, Jilin Province
