Tire Wheel Companies Will Meet In Shanghai Next Month

- Jul 25, 2019-

The 17th China International Tire Wheel Expo (CITEXPO 2019) will open at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition Hall on August 19-21, providing a professional international trade negotiation platform for the global tire and wheel industry.

The CITEXPO exhibition was founded in 2003 and has been held for 17 times. It attracts a large number of domestic and foreign tire manufacturers and professionals to participate in and exhibit.

The range of exhibits includes tires, rims, tire warranty equipment, tire materials and equipment, tire production materials and equipment, tire accessories and other related products and technologies.

In recent years, the profit of the tire industry has declined, and competition in the domestic and foreign markets has become increasingly fierce. At the same time, trade barriers in export markets such as Europe and the United States are getting higher and higher, and Chinese tire exporters are in urgent need of opening up new markets and sales channels.

A person in charge of a long-term foreign trade company said that it is time-consuming and laborious for companies to go abroad to expand new channels, and the effect is not necessarily good. “The high-quality professional tire exhibition is the best shortcut for tire companies to expand their markets.”

According to statistics, in the past ten years, the total number of professional visitors of China International Tire Wheel Expo has exceeded 90,000, of which foreign viewers accounted for 60%.

These international audiences come from East Asia, Southeast Asia, North America, the Middle East, South Asia, Europe, Oceania, Africa, and South America.

At present, these places are the most valued areas in the process of Chinese tire companies exploring the international market.

This year's exhibition attracted most of the mainstream tire companies in China.

According to reports, in order to win the recognition of exhibitors and international audiences, the organizers began to improve the quality of the exhibition. In the early stage of the exhibition, the organizing committee will have intensive contact with internationally renowned professional media to seek greater market development space.

These international media include the Dutch Aftersales magazine, the American Babcox (Tire Review), the German NEUE REIFENZEITUNG, the Japanese automatic rut news, the UK Tyres & Accessories, Australia Truck and Bus News, Malaysia Tyremen and so on.

Foreign tire dealers who participated in the exhibition told the media that this is an exhibition that can find many business opportunities, where there are new suppliers, new brands and new potential partners.

The organizers gave five reasons for foreign visitors to visit the exhibition: visit suppliers and customers; establish new contacts; sign contracts; find new services and products; and understand industry trends.
