The effect of the amount of DBD on the properties of the tread rubber was investigated. The results show that the addition of peptizer DBD to the tread rubber reduces the Mooney viscosity of the rubber compound, and shortens the Mooney scorch time and t90. With the increase of the amount of DBD in the plasticizer, the plastic stability of the rubber compound increases. Large, carbon black dispersion improved, the wear resistance and compression fatigue resistance of vulcanizate did not change much; when the amount of DBD of the peptizer was 0.05~0.11 parts, the physical properties of the vulcanizate were better.
The effect of tartaric acid, stearic acid and molten stearic acid on the properties of reclaimed rubber when the decomposing agent DBD was used as a regenerating activator was studied. The results showed that with the increase of the amount of tartaric acid, stearic acid and molten stearic acid, the sol content of reclaimed rubber increased, the crosslink density decreased gradually, the Mooney viscosity and Mooney viscosity increased, and the tensile strength first When the amount of tartaric acid and stearic acid is 0.6 parts, the comprehensive performance is better; when the amount of molten stearic acid is 0.9 parts, the comprehensive performance is superior. With the prolongation of regeneration time, the sol content of reclaimed rubber showed a significant upward trend, and the crosslink density and Mooney viscosity decreased significantly. The tensile strength and elongation at break decreased with the prolongation of regeneration time. When the regeneration time of molten stearic acid is 20min, the Mooney viscosity is lower, the processing performance is better, the tensile strength and elongation at break are less, the hardness is lower, and the comprehensive performance is better.
