CZ is a highly active after-effect accelerator with excellent scorch resistance, safe processing and short curing time. The promotion is strong at a vulcanization temperature of 138 ° C or higher. A second accelerator is often co-operated with WIlLINGTMTD, WIlLING DPG SP-C or other alkaline promoters. Alkaline promoters such as thiurams and dithiocarbamates enhance their activity. Mainly used in the manufacture of industrial rubber products such as tires, hoses, rubber shoes, cables.

CZ is a general-purpose primary accelerator for primary amines. It has a fast vulcanization rate and good scorch safety. It can extremely increase the modulus of vulcanization.

Application

In the formulation of tires using natural rubber and synthetic rubber, CZ is usually used alone or in combination with a small amount of accelerator.

In rubber products, CZ can be used in combination with a booster (such as TMTD) to replace the MBTS/DPG system.

CZ can also be used as a primary accelerator in EPDM and NBR formulations to achieve good scorch delay and fast cure rates.

CZ vulcanized compound shows excellent physical properties.

CZ can be used as the main accelerator of the effective vulcanization system, and it can be used together with a high amount of co-promoter (such as thiuram) to resist the heat aging resistance of the rubber compound.

The combination of CZ and CTP can replace NOBS, which can avoid the nitrosamine problem of concern and meet the same scorch safety performance and faster vulcanization rate.
