This product is a accelerator for various CR, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, CHR, polyacrylate rubber. Suitable for the vulcanization which vulcanized via metallic oxide. This product can improve the tensile stress and reduce the deformation under compression, especially suitable for 54-1(W) and general GN CR and cable, it is easily dispersed and not discolored.

In the system of ETU promoter for neoprene, after the addition of TT, the coking time was prolonged, the crosslinking density was reduced, the fluidity was improved, and the physical and mechanical properties were changed as follows:

1.Permanent compression deformation increases.

2.Hardness decreased, strength changed little, elongation increased.

3.The aging property becomes worse, the elongation decreases seriously and the hardness increases obviously.

4.After replacing ETU with hva-2, the crosslinking density and vulcanization rate of the adhesive decreased, the aging performance was improved, and the compression permanent deformation was reduced, which was about half of that of ETU adhesive.

5.In hva-2 system, the initial fluidity was lower than that of ETU. DM and TT could be used to improve coke burning and fluidity.TT was superior to DM (fluidity), but the aging property of DM was superior to TT.

6.When DM was used as the promoter of hva-2, the crosslinking density decreased, the permanent compression deformation was slightly lower than that of hva-2 alone, and the elongation and tear were improved.After the addition of TT, the elongation rate was significantly reduced, mainly because TT did not participate in the crosslinking at the initial stage and improved the scorchability, but at the later vulcanization stage, TT participated in the crosslinking and increased the crosslinking density, so the aging performance of TT was worse than DM.Even so, hva-2 +TT has better aging performance and permanent compression deformation than ETU alone.
