Product Show:

This product is a super-accelerator that does not change color and is not polluted. It is mainly used for natural rubber  and synthetic rubber. The activity is about 10% lower than the accelerator WILLINGTMTD, and the vulcanizate  has a slightly lower tensile strength. The critical temperature of vulcanization is 121℃, and the aftereffect is larger than that of thiuram disulfide and dithiocarbamate accelerator, and the scorch resistance is excellent. When using this product, the range of sulfur content is large. This product can be used alone or in combination with thiazoles, aldehyde amines, anthraquinones and other accelerators. It is an active agent of thiazole accelerators. There is a delayed vulcanization effect in general purpose (GN-A type) butadiene. When used in combination with dithiocarbamate in latex, it can reduce the tendency of early vulcanization of the compound. This product can not decompose active sulfur, can not be used for sulfur-free coordination. 



Suitable in NR, SNR, IIR, IR SBR, NBR, and CR. Seldom use alone, commonly with thiazoles, thiurams, dithiocarbamates and sulfenamide to promote its activity, mainly in application of shoes and black and dark-colored products for industrial usage. This product causes little pollution and tastes bitter, which makes it unsuitable for food containers, white or light color products.
