Function


1. Processability: It has good processing safety, longer scorch time than TMTD, and can be used as a main accelerator or accelerator for natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, and sometimes used as a PVC rubber vulcanization inhibitor.

2. Vulcanization rate: lower than TMTD, other physical properties are almost the same as TMTD, and it has become a new product of thiuram vulcanization accelerator with great development potential.

3. Environmental characteristics: The purpose of this product is to replace the thiuram-like accelerators such as TMTD, mainly because thiuram-like accelerators are prone to produce carcinogenic nitrosamines, while diphenylnitrosamines are not carcinogenic. . TBzTD meets the German “Technical Regulations for Hazardous Substances” TRGS 552 on nitrosamine toxicity and does not release carcinogenic nitrosamine compounds during the vulcanization process.
