Function and application


1. The purpose of this product is to replace the thiuram-like accelerator TMTM, mainly because the thiura-like accelerator is prone to produce carcinogenic nitrosamines. This product is a green environmentally friendly rubber vulcanization accelerator, which is a product that does not produce carcinogenic ammonium nitrite.

2. The product has both a sulfenamide accelerator and a multi-functional accelerator with anti-scorching properties. It is widely used in natural rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber and EPDM. Vulcanization processing of rubber and nitrile rubber.

3. The accelerator TIBTM is used together with the accelerators TBBS and CBS to significantly accelerate the vulcanization rate of the compound. In SBR/BR, the accelerator TIBTM is a multifunctional additive that combines the functions of a promoter and a scorch inhibitor; in NR, the anti-scorch effect of the accelerator TIBTM is inferior to that of the scorch retarder CTP, and the accelerator TIBTM is mainly The use of a promoter can improve the resistance of NR to reversion and has no adverse effect on the physical properties of the compound.


APPLIACTION:


Mainly used in the manufacture of cables, tires, hoses, tapes, bright and transparent products, footwear, heat-resistant products. Used to manufacture bright and transparent products such as cables, tires, hoses, tapes, etc. The activity is about 10% lower than the accelerator TMTD, and the vulcanized rubber has a slightly lower tensile strength. The post-vulcanization critical temperature 121C is more effective than the thiuram disulfide and dithiocarbamate accelerators, and has excellent scorch resistance. When using this product, the range of sulfur content is large. This product can be used alone or in combination with thiazoles, aldehyde amines, anthraquinones and other accelerators. It is an active agent of thiazole accelerators. There is a delayed vulcanization effect in general purpose (GN-A type) butadiene. When used in combination with dithiocarbamate in latex, it can reduce the tendency of early vulcanization of the compound. This product can not be decomposed out of active sulfur, can not be used for sulfur-free coordination, CR glue used in combination with S and hydrazine, the best performance.
