When heated with water, it decomposes to form dimethylamine and carbon disulfide. The interaction with the reducing agent in an alkaline medium decomposes to form dimethyldithiocarbamate. Toxicity is greater than promoters M, CZ, NOBS, etc. Heating to decomposition is dangerous because nitrogen and sulfur oxides are formed at this time. This product has a strong insecticidal sterilization performance.
Function: Super accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. When heated to above 100 ° C, the free sulfur is slowly separated, so it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent, and the effective sulfur content is about 13.3%. When used as the first accelerator, it needs to be activated by adding zinc oxide. Stearic acid can be used, and it is not particularly necessary. Lead monoxide has an inhibitory effect on it, and the amount of zinc oxide can also be reduced in transparent articles. The critical temperature of vulcanization is lower than that of the accelerator TMTM, and early vulcanization should be paid attention to during mixing. The natural rubber rubber with high sulfur content has narrow vulcanization flatness and intense action, reducing the amount of sulfur and increasing the flatness of vulcanization. It is an excellent second accelerator for thiazole accelerators, and can also be used as an accelerator for contacting vulcanizates with other accelerators.
