The synthesis of 4-aminodiphenylamine should adopt the clean process nitrobenzene method as soon as possible to replace the formylaniline method using p-nitrochlorobenzene as raw materials, which can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost of 4-aminodiphenylamine.At present, methyl isobutyl ketone is not produced in China, and the demand is all dependent on imports. In 2004, domestic imports reached 36900t. In the future, China can consider introducing foreign advanced acetone one-step hydrogenation method to build a methyl isobutyl ketone production unit with an annual output of 30,000 t.
