This product is a universally-used, highly-hindered phenol-aldehyde antioxidant. It is non-polluting, non-toxic, non-staining, and has excellent protection against heat, oxygen and cracking aging. It is often used in white or brilliant. Color rubber, plastic products (polyethylene, polypropylene, polyoxymethylene, ABS resin and chlorinated polyether, etc.), especially for the aging of rubber products under sunlight, the maximum protection effect, no vulcanization and plasticity The effect is easy to disperse in water and easy to use. The anti-oxidation and anti-aging properties of this product are superior. Compared with the antioxidants 264 (BHT, T501) of the same series of products, it is concluded by comparison test that in the original antioxidant 264 (BHT, T501) formula, only use Antioxidant 264 (BHT, T501) one-third of the antioxidant 2246 can achieve or exceed the effect of the original antioxidant 264 (BHT, T501). If used in combination with the UV absorber UV-326-326, it will exert superior synergistic effects. This product does not spray frost, and its volatility is extremely low, which can improve the weather resistance of the product. Suitable for a variety of rubber, plastics, synthetic resins, latex, petroleum products, etc.

This product can be used as an antioxidant additive for petroleum products. It has good oil solubility, good anti-oxidation effect and low volatile loss.

This product is widely used in polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, chlorinated polyether, ABS, polyoxymethylene, polyamide and other industries, it has a good stabilizing effect on the thermal degradation of almost all polymers. Usually used in an amount of 0.1-1.0%. The amount in the ABS plastic is 0.12-3%. In the rubber and plastic products, the dosage is 3-5%, and the dosage in the granulation of polypropylene is about 0.075%. If used in combination with the antioxidant DLTP, the dosage is 0.075%, and the finished product will have better anti-aging properties.
