This product is a versatile powerful blocked phenol-aldehyde antioxidant, which has no pollution, non-toxic and non-staining to the products, and has excellent protection against heat, oxygen and cracking.Commonly used in white or colourful rubber, plastic products (polyethylene, polypropylene, polyformaldehyde, ABS resin and chlorinated polyether, etc.

The antioxidant and anti-aging performance of this product is superior. Compared with the antioxidant 264(BHT, T501) of the same series of products, through the comparative test, it is concluded that in the formula of the original use of antioxidant 264(BHT, T501), only using one third of the antioxidant 2246 (BHT, T501) can achieve or even exceed the effect of the original use of antioxidant 264(BHT, T501).If it can be used with UV absorber uv-326-326, it will play a superior synergistic effect.This product does not spray frost, very low volatility, can improve the weatherability of products.Suitable for a variety of rubber, plastic, synthetic resin, latex, petroleum products.


This product can be used as an antioxidant additive for petroleum products. It has good oil solubility, good antioxidant effect and is not easy to volatilize.

This product is widely used in polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, chlorinated polyether, ABS, polyformaldehyde, polyamide and other industries. It has a good stabilizing effect on thermal degradation of almost all polymers.The usual dosage is 0.1-1.0%.In ABS plastic dosage is 0.12-3%.In rubber and plastic products, the dosage of 3-5%, in the polypropylene granulation dosage of 0.075% or so, if used with antioxidant DLTP, the dosage of 0.075%, the finished products will have better aging resistance.
