Suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Due to the good rubber compatibility, the amount can be increased to improve the properties of the rubber compound. Usage and Dosage The dosage of this product can be 0.2-7 parts, and the general dosage is 0.5-3 parts. In the rubber compound, the solubility is large, and the dosage is large without frosting; the small amount can also show a certain protective effect. According to the characteristics of this product, it can be used alone for a kind of rubber products with severe resistance to heat and oxygen aging, and adjust the amount of anti-aging agent rd according to the severity of resistance to thermal oxygen aging. It has better protection effect with anti-aging agent mb.

RD should be used in conjunction with 4020. — Antioxidant protection: 0.5-3.0 parts RD — Universal anti-degradation protection: 0.5-1.0 parts RD+1.0 parts 4020 — High performance protection: 1.0-2.0 parts RD+1.0-3.0 parts 4020 — EPDM in peroxide-cured The use of RD in NBR compounds provides excellent heat resistance and has a slight effect on crosslink density. Typical amounts of RD in this application are from 0.25 to 2.0 parts. — In latex applications, if a slight coloration of the RD powder dispersion is allowed, the dry basis is used in an amount of 0.5 to 2.0 parts. Packaging and storage conditions Plastic woven bags are lined with polyethylene plastic bags (or according to foreign requirements), each bag has a net weight of 25 kg.
