Specification:
When used as a vulcanizing agent, the active sulfur can be decomposed at a vulcanization temperature, and its content is about 27%. It is safe to operate, even if it is used with high wear-resistant furnace black. The vulcanization rate is slow, and the vulcanization rate can be increased by using a promoter such as a thiazole, a thiuram or a dithiocarbamate. Adding a small amount of sulfur is better. Salicylic acid-like substances promote the decomposition of this product and accelerate the vulcanization rate, but can reduce the physical properties. Does not spray, does not change color, does not pollute, and is easy to disperse. DTDM is used for tires and thick products, and the others are used for wires, cables, heat-resistant products or thin products, especially for butyl rubber. Vulcanized rubber has good heat resistance, aging resistance and deformation properties.
